Technical Business Analyst with German:

What will you do?

• Analyse client business processes, needs and requirements,

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications,

• Act as a point of contact for a client-specific software solution, both internally and externally,

• Work closely with development teams to design and deliver effective solutions,

• Support project implementation from planning through to delivery,

• Coordinate topics related to client systems, interfaces and data integration,

• Prepare technical documentation, training materials and client updates,

• Participate in regular client meetings and support ongoing service quality.

What do you need to join our team?

• Experience in business analysis, technical consulting, software implementation, application support or a similar role,

• Strong technical understanding of software, systems and data,

• Ability to analyse complex business processes and document requirements in a structured way,

• Fluency in English and German (min. B2) – both spoken and written,

• Knowledge of databases, e.g. SQL,

• Experience with interfaces or data integration would be an advantage,

• Confidence working with modern software tools,

• Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset,

• Independent, structured and solution-focused working style.

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field,

• Experience in project-based work, ideally in an IT or software environment,

• Previous experience working with dedicated or customized software solutions.
