Application Support Analyst:

What will you do?

• Immediately

  • Support Acturis Insurance Products Teams by picking up queries/defects from the clients,

  • Verify product behaviour by using product documentation, internal tools and product configuration files,

  • Cooperate with Business Analysts, Quality Analysts and Developers to deliver necessary solutions,

  • Create, improve and maintain test documentation,

  • Track and document of common issues,

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in our processes and documentation,

  • Be a part of a new, growing team, having impact on its evolution,

• Additionally long-term

  • Support client projects by picking up defects raised during user acceptance testing,

  • Monitor and maintain of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),

  • Manage multiple high-volume queues of queries/defects across clients,

  • Use AI tools to improve defects investigation.

What do you need to join our team?

• Completed higher education,

• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level – both spoken and written,

• Strong analytical and logical skills,

  • Being able to understand the connection between the product documentation and product behaviour,

  • Identifying defected areas and suggesting potential solutions,

• Attention to detail,

• Being keen to have an impact on improving team processes,

• Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to present complex problems in a simplified way,

• Ability to work in collaboration with other units, as well as being able to progress items independently.
