Junior Cloud Support Engineer:
What will your responsibilities be?
Provide technical support via a dedicated helpdesk for development teams on the Global Private Cloud infrastructure,
Perform root cause analysis (RCA),
Collaborate with developers to deploy and manage code changes (DevOps),
Develop tools to manage the platform using various programming languages,
Release development and testing environments to development teams,
Monitor and assess the health of the platform.
Job requirements
What do you need to join our team?
Completed higher education,
Very good spoken and written English (minimum B2),
Familiarity with Windows or Linux network operating systems,
At least one year of experience delivering excellent client service in a customer service role,
Experience in scripting,
Ability to learn new programming languages quickly,
Curiosity about the inner workings of an international private cloud platform supporting thousands of users,
Interest in learning and troubleshooting application defects and design principles,
Strong problem-solving skills,
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
