THE POSITION

Head of Marketing - Acturis Platform is a high-impact, data-driven leadership role focused on aligning marketing initiatives with long-term business growth objectives across the multi territory Acturis Platform business, whilst aligning with the wider Acturis Group initiatives. The position centres on market intelligence and interaction, competitive positioning, and assisting sustainable revenue pipeline development. The role also has responsibility for Branding, communications, digital presence, events and market presence and positioning.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Vision: Develop multi-year marketing roadmaps and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with corporate revenue targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, market segmentation, and buyer persona research to identify untapped growth opportunities.

  • Commercial Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leaders to create value propositions, messaging frameworks, and lead-nurturing programs that drive conversions.

  • Performance & ROI Management: Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting systems to quantify the impact of marketing spend on the business.

  • Brand & Positioning: Define and protect the brand's unique value proposition and market differentiators across all channels. 

  • Team Management: Day to day management of the marketing team across the Acturis Platform business

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Analytical Methodoly: Proficiency in data visualisation and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance long-term brand-building initiatives with immediate commercial ROI requirements.

  • Leadership & Influence: Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders or board-level executives.

  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with modern marketing technologies, including CRM , marketing automation (e.g., Pathway), and advanced analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4).

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is standard; an MBA or professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is highly preferred for senior roles.
