Job description
At Acturis Group, we're building the next phase of growth.
Over the last two decades, Acturis has grown from an entrepreneurial start-up into a group of successful businesses serving the global insurance market. As the Group continues to evolve, we're investing in the people, capabilities and operating model needed to support long-term growth, drive operational excellence and help our businesses work more effectively together.
This is an exciting time to join. We're establishing a new Group Transformation & Operations function that will help translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, improve how we operate across the Group, and deliver change that creates lasting value.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across the Acturis Group, tackling complex challenges, shaping the future operating model and helping build the foundations of a Group capability that will play a critical role in the organisation's continued success. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and have a visible impact on the future direction of the business.
Day to day you will:
Lead complex transformation initiatives across the Acturis Group, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and functions to solve organisational challenges, improve operating models, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Turn strategic priorities into practical execution plans, working with leaders across the Group to define roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, align resources, and drive delivery against agreed objectives.
Influence and embed change across the organisation, bringing together senior stakeholders from different areas of the business to implement new ways of working, improve collaboration, and ensure lasting adoption of change.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of the Acturis Group, partnering closely with senior leaders to help shape how the organisation evolves, operates and delivers change. You'll play a key role in building a new Group Transformation & Operations capability with a mandate to drive meaningful business outcomes.
You can expect:
Exposure to senior leadership across the Acturis Group, working on some of the organisation's most important strategic and operational priorities.
The opportunity to lead high-impact transformation initiatives and influence how the Group operates, grows and delivers change.
Significant autonomy, ownership and visibility, with the chance to help build a capability that is expected to grow into a broader Group Operations function over time.
Job requirements
You’ll thrive here if you:
Proven experience delivering complex business transformation, ideally gained within a leading consulting environment, with a track record of taking strategic challenges from diagnosis through to implementation and measurable business impact.
Industry experience within a SaaS, software, insurance or insurance technology business, with a strong understanding of how technology-enabled organisations operate and deliver change at scale.
Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders across the Acturis Group, challenge constructively, and drive alignment and outcomes without formal authority.
Ready to help shape the future of the Acturis Group?
Join us at an exciting stage of our growth and play a key role in delivering transformational change across the organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders, tackle complex business challenges, and help build the capabilities, ways of working and operating model that will support the next chapter of the Group's success.
