Projects: Engage in projects that enhance our IT infrastructure, including upgrades, migrations, or integrations.
What the First 3 Months Will Look Like:

Project Work (40% of time): You'll start by contributing to ongoing projects, working closely with senior engineers to implement solutions, and gaining exposure to enterprise-level IT systems. This could involve improving scripts and automations, designing and implementing changes to tools or infrastructure
Support and Troubleshooting (60% of time): A significant portion of your early responsibilities will involve direct support to colleagues, helping them resolve individual IT issues.
