Application Support Analyst:

What will you do?

  • Assist clients by customizing our Acturis application to meet their needs.

  • Advise clients on system functionalities and provide guidance.

  • Resolving customer problems through the queuing system - Jira.

  • Test configuration changes and assess the impact of new functionalities on tools and processes.

  • Work with SQL databases to generate reports and develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Create and maintain documentation for both internal use and customer reference.

Job requirements

What do you need to join our team?

  • Completed university degree,

  • Fluency in English at min. B2,

  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail,

  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines,

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Ability to learn new skills quickly.
