Application Support Analyst:

What will you do?

  • Helping customers with the configuration of the Acturis application to meet their business needs,

  • Advising customers on system functionality and resolving issues via email,

  • Testing configuration changes and the impact of new functionalities on tools and processes,

  • Working with SQL databases: reporting and creating dedicated solutions based on customer requirements,

  • Creating and maintaining internal and customer-oriented documentation.

Job requirements

What do you need to join our team?

  • Completed higher education,

  • Fluent English (min. B2 level), with particular emphasis on Business English - spoken and written,

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,

  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines,

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Ability to quickly learn new skills.
