Day to day you will:

• Manage a portfolio of customers, co ordinating new and existing contracts and acting as their primary point of contact across face to face, phone, virtual and written channels.
• Promote the uptake of new services and system modules, helping clients maximise the value of the Acturis platform while resolving user issues and identifying opportunities for improved usage.
• Host webinars and in person events, collaborate with internal teams on new releases and drive your own learning to become an Acturis Expert.

Job requirements

You will thrive here if you:

• Bring at least 2 years of Account Management or Client Management experience in the insurance industry, with strong problem solving skills and the confidence to take ownership.
• Are logical, well organised, highly computer literate and able to build strong professional relationships with customers.
• Have excellent communication skills, learn new concepts quickly and ideally have familiarity with the Acturis platform or insurance products.
