Training Executive - London

Job description

As a Training Executive at Acturis you will:

 

  • Provide nationwide system training to our new and existing customers.
  • Provide consultancy to existing customers to improve their system use.
  • Be based in our London office whenever you are not visiting clients
  • Develop training materials to coincide with system upgrades.
  • Design bespoke training courses to cater for individual client needs.
  • Host webinars to deliver functionality tips to all users
  • Develop colleagues by running inductions and internal workshops where required
  • Proactively manage your own workload between training sessions
  • Promote best practice on the application at all times.

 

You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive structured, quarterly feedback. 

Requirements

The successful candidates will have following attributes:

• Confident & eager to take responsibility
• Outstanding communication skills & patience when explaining processes to an audience with a diverse range of abilities.
• Highly organised and self-motivated with a “can do” attitude
• Logical approach to providing multiple solutions to client issues.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to functionality changes and new concepts
• Flexible approach to scheduling & delivery to accommodate last minute changes to the project
• Computer capable MS Office programs & Adobe Captivate software
• Experience of using Acturis over the last 12 months.
