Marketing Executive - London

Job description

As a Marketing Executive at Acturis you will:

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing Director and other members of the executive team to define and implement a marketing strategy
  • Maintain and manage the content of the website including interaction with creative design agency
  • Increase and manage the social media activity of Acturis
  • Identify, compile and distribute press articles and Press Releases
  • Compose and distribute thought leadership materials in co-ordination with subject matter experts
  • Assist with Awards submissions and presentations
  • Assist in the organisation and supply of materials for Industry events and conferences
  • Organise attendance and content at industry events and conferences
  • Maintain the Acturis brand guidelines across the company and external communications
  • Manage Intranet content
  • Organise and collate content for regular Company update meetings
  • Manage, edit and maintain Company Newsletter
  • Assist in the organisation and content management of Acturis User Group meetings
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party material suppliers (Promotional merchandise, creative agency and Web design consultants)
  • Other Ad Hoc internal marketing projects (photo competitions etc)

You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive structured, quarterly feedback. 


The successful candidates will have following attributes:

  • Graduate of design/marketing orientation or previous experience
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services
  • Project management skills coupled with Good communication
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry preferable
  • Web design experience/capability
  • SEO knowledge
  • Social Media knowledge
  • Ability to work solo or as part of a team
  • Computer capable MS Office/Mac/design programs
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
